My beautiful Bailey.
It always seemed a bit strange when anyone called you a cat. You were my baby boy, the most beautiful little boy in the world. The sweetest nature, the fluffiest little Bailey Boo.
The dog cat who was waiting at the door when I came home from work, always by my side.
Asleep at our feet in bed, or around my head, or most often in Will’s spot who then had to sleep on the couch as he would never move a sleeping bubba boy.
The boy who came running for the word yoghurt, who jumped on the couch immediately for the word brush.
Who answered back when I said I love you, which I did a million times a day. Who would get up even if asleep when I sang ‘shower time for mummy and Bailey’ every morning and would then eat some bickies outside the bathroom while I showered.
Who looked back at me with love all the time, except if I was packing a suitcase.
Who loved his dad’s scratches more than anything. Who loved his Grandads visits and seeing his human brothers, and hanging out with his Aunty Fiona.
Our hearts are completely shattered. You were one of the loves of my life Bailey Boo and the only thing that gives me even the tiniest bit of comfort is that I know you know how loved you were, that you had the best life possible, and that you loved us unconditionally.
I’ll miss you more than I can say and can’t imagine a day without you.
I’ll love you forever; you will always be my baby boy 💔
