3 tips we have for staying sane and keeping a healthy relationship with social media:

2. Charge your phone across the room, not by the bed. If reaching it takes effort, so does the doomscroll.
3. Batch your content. Schedule it. Do the work, then close the apps. Control the feed before it starts controlling you.
