I love looking back through my old planners because I always find things I had completely forgotten about. It's almost like a time-capsule 🥺

There are the important dates and deadlines, but also the really ordinary things like what I was working on, plans I had that week, things I needed to buy, appointments and little notes to myself.

At the time, I was just writing everything down because I needed to remember it. I don’t think I realised that years later, I’d be able to flip through those same pages and remember so much about what my life looked like at the time.

It’s one of the reasons I’ve never been able to fully replace paper planning with a digital calendar. I love that once the year is over, I still have something I can look back on.
