🍅🧅 Tomatoes and onions have been sliced and are now being salted down overnight, ready for tomorrow’s cooking session.
One pot on the stove, another batch getting prepped… there’s always something happening in Nanna’s Kitchen!👩‍🍳
Tomorrow it’s all about turning these beauties into our delicious Smokey Tomato Relish. 😋

We’re busy prepping a fresh batch of our Fiery Chilli Sauce 🌶️🌶️🌶️
Plenty of chopping, plenty of chillies and you can already imagine what’s coming next… a whole lot of heat! 🔥
Keep an eye out for the finished batch. This one is not for the faint-hearted! 😉

Fresh batch of our popular Tomato 🍅 Relish in our 1 kg tubs is all cooked, and ready to go!

There’s something very satisfying about seeing a table full of tubs ready for our customers. 😍

Made right here in Nanna’s Kitchen using fresh ingredients and plenty of love. 👩‍🍳

Perfect with sausages, burgers, cheese and crackers, sandwiches… or just about anything that needs a little extra flavour!

Today we’re de-stalking fresh chillies and packing them away in the freezer, ready for our delicious homemade chilli sauces when the time comes.
We’re proud to support our local farmers by using fresh, locally grown produce whenever we can. Every jar starts with quality ingredients and plenty of care, right here in our kitchen.

Good morning from Nanna’s Kitchen! 🌞
It’s another busy morning with two pots of our handmade Worcestershire Sauce bubbling away on the stove. It’s one of those pantry staples that adds a delicious depth of flavour to so many meals.
Looking for ways to use it?
🥩 Brush over steaks before grilling.
🍔 Mix into burger patties for extra flavour.
🥧 Add a splash to casseroles and slow-cooked dishes.
🥣 Stir into soups for a rich savoury boost.
🍅 Blend into homemade gravies and marinades.
🥚 Add a dash to scrambled eggs or baked beans.
🥔 Drizzle into mashed potatoes or use in potato salad dressing.

The kitchen at Nanna’s Kitchen will be filled with the beautiful aroma of fresh quinces today. 💛
We were lucky enough to be gifted these gorgeous quinces, so it’s prep day! They’re being washed, chopped, cooked and packed into the freezer, ready to be turned into delicious homemade quince jam once the season has passed.
Nothing goes to waste. We love preserving the best of each season so you can enjoy those flavours all year round.
