✨ Off to the Reed Gift Fair! ✨

It’s hard to believe that this time last year we were walking the aisles of Reed Gift Fair, dreaming about a retail store that didn’t even exist yet.

Fast forward 12 months, and now we’re heading back as an established store, looking for exciting new products to bring to FIG! 💚

It’s been an incredible journey, and we’re so grateful to everyone who’s supported us along the way.

Today was my first support shift back since before my surgery (yes 7 weeks ago!)

It was meant to be a 4-hour shift... but when one of our team members became unwell, it turned into 8.

Am I exhausted? Absolutely.

Would I do it again tomorrow if my team needed me? Also yes.

Days like today remind me why I started FIG Supports. As the business grows, I never want to lose touch with the reason we're here in the first place—people.

There's something incredibly grounding about stepping back into support work. It reminds me what our participants experience, what our team gives every single day, and why every decision we make behind the scenes matters.

Now, if you'll excuse me... I'm pretty sure I'll sleep well tonight. 💚

To our amazing support workers—thank you. You make an incredible difference every single day.

💚 Christmas in July with the FIG Supports team! 🎄

Last night we enjoyed our annual Christmas in July dinner together at One28Doors.

Because our team spends most of their time providing one-on-one support, they don't often get the chance to catch up with each other. Nights like these are a wonderful opportunity to slow down, share a meal, welcome newer team members, and enjoy a few laughs outside of work.

At FIG Supports, we're incredibly fortunate to have such a caring and dedicated team who make a difference in the lives of the people they support every single day.

While not everyone could make it, it was a lovely evening together.

🚨 IT’S FINALLY HAPPENING! 🚨

Some of our much anticipated NeeDoh order is due to arrive this week! 🎉

As many of you know, NeeDoh products are in huge demand worldwide. We don’t get to choose exactly what arrives or when—shipments are sent to us as stock becomes available.

This week’s delivery is just part of our outstanding order, so while we’re excited to finally have some new NeeDoh products arriving, there are still more to come over the coming months.

⚠️ Quantities are VERY limited, so if you’ve been waiting, you’ll want to be quick.

To put it into perspective… we’re already placing orders for March 2027 😳 That’s how far ahead these products are being booked!

We’ll let you know as soon as this shipment lands in-store. Keep an eye on our page! 💚

Some weeks don't quite go to plan.

Behind the scenes at FIG, it's been one of those weeks. Recovery is taking longer than I'd like, we've had a few staffing challenges pop up, and I've realised I haven't even shown up here for a few days.

The good news? We've still been busy helping people in store every day, packing orders and working away behind the scenes. I'm looking forward to getting back into sharing more of what we're doing because I've genuinely missed chatting with you all.
