I genuinely don’t remember the last time I actually got my weekly spread done on a Sunday but my GOODNESS does it feel good to be going into the new week with a really good idea of all the W’s of my life this week (where, when, what, who, why)

It’s going to be a rough week! Lots of medical appointments for me, including my first real ADHD therapy appointment (12 months after the initial diagnosis), lots of kid-related appointments and running around, a house inspection to be ready for, a VERY busy workweek … oh and I’m launching some new products this coming weekend 😂

Seriously … it’s going to be a HUGE week and I actually feel like I’m ready for it, for the first time in a really long time.

Do you ever sit there and KNOW you have 1000 things on your to-do list but can’t remember a single one of them so that you can work out the how, when, where or why of it all? Happens to me ALL the time!!

That nagging feeling that you’ve forgotten something is the WORST when you’re busy trying to keep the chaos under control and it often leads to doing the most obvious thing first, instead of the most important thing, when you’re short on time or brain space.

This is why I love school pick-ups … I usually have about 10-20mins waiting around in the car before Miss C comes out and it’s the perfect time to sit with my trigger list and just brain dump all the things into my Inbox. Sometimes I even have time to start processing the items into action lists or project breakdowns but the mere act of pulling everything out of my head is usually the perfect way to start feeling less overwhelmed and more in control of all the juggling.

Ready to tackle the 6th of December with focus and clarity! My day's lined up with an interview and a chat with a new recruitment partner. Top of my list? Nail that interview prep.

I'm also carving out time to edit my YouTube and Instagram videos and plot a content schedule for all my filmed pieces. Mixed in are some must-do housework and life admin tasks.
