RETURNS and Refunds! This counts for all my items not just clothing

We don't offer returns on change of mind, or incorrect size ordered. It's your responsibility to double check on the size charts that can be asked for or inbox the page for the size chart needed. Our handmade items cannot be returned or exchanged.
If your item has be delivered damaged please don't hesitate to contact me and work out a agreement. For damaged items please contact us within 24hrs of receiving your goods with photos to All shipping cost is non refundable and any cost to return damaged items are the buyer's responsibility. All sale or clearance items are non returnable or refundable.

CANCELLATIONS!

We can only accept cancellations up to 2 hrs after ordering as once we start processing orders they are non refundable, non returnable, non exchangeable. If by chance your order hasn’t been processed and we are able to cancel your order please be aware you will be charged a 10% cancellation fee of your total order value to cover any merchant costs involved with receiving, cancelling or refunding your order.
