Hi lovely ones 🤍

I hope you’ve had a beautiful start to 2026 and that this year brings you all the joys.

Thank you for your patience while I took a little break — it was so needed. We filled our days with camping, beach swims, blackberry picking (hello homemade jam 🫐), rock climbing, harvesting from the garden, and slow family time. I’ve been sewing, cooking from scratch, and easing back into the studio.

Now for a little update ✨

This year I’m doing things differently. I’ll be making less pottery and stepping back from social media to protect my creative energy. Instead, I’ll send emails like this when a kiln load is ready, and pieces will go straight onto my website — no big restocks, just small releases as they’re finished, first in best dressed.

I’ve also listed some items on Etsy to reach new customers, but I always recommend purchasing through my website as Etsy’s fees are substantial — it’s more affordable for both of us when you shop direct.

This kiln load includes hand-painted mugs featuring killer whales, fairy wrens, a trio of foxes, black-capped chickadees, a stunning butterfly, and more — each one painted by hand in my studio.

Hi guys!! 🤍

Thank you so much for your patience while I took a little break over this busy time of year!! It was so very needed — and oh my goodness, I *loved* it. ✨ I finally got stuck into all the bits and pieces I haven’t had time for lately, and it felt so good to slow down and soak it all in.

Hubs and I spent the sweetest time with the kiddos over the holidays — camping adventures, fossicking treasures, blackberry picking (which we turned into the yummiest homemade blackberry jam 🫐), indoor rock climbing (so much fun and such a good challenge!), a little trip to South West Rocks, lots of family time, beach days and snorkelling in the sunshine.

We’ve been organising the homestead and harvesting all the beautiful summer food — it’s been such a wonderful season. 🌿 We even made our own homemade bacon (which felt very wholesome and satisfying!) and churned up ice creams and fresh sorbets to cool off in the heat. There’s something so special about making things from scratch and gathering what you’ve grown.

I’ve also been teaching myself to sew (which has been SO much fun!) and have made a few beautiful shirts and dresses. Thrifting fabric at Vinnies has become my new favourite little treasure hunt. 🪡✨

And… I made some sweet new little bits for our home! These are my new side plates and I am completely in LOVE with how they turned out. 🤍 They were truly a labour of love — the pattern was hand drawn, pressed into the plate, carefully carved, painted three times with underglaze, and then finished with four coats of the loveliest pearl white glaze. Every step worth it.

Feeling so full, grateful and inspired heading into this new season. 🌞
