Breaking free from addiction, one herbal cigarette at a time. 🌿
I don't know about you but I used to love smoking ci******es. I used to look forward to be able to step away from the world and stresses of everyday life to spend 5 to 10 minutes enjoying a cigarette. Everyone would tell me to quit but I would tell them I actually enjoy smoking.
I smoked ci******es for over 15 years. It gets to a point you hate being controlled by the ni****ne addiction, and don't even start on the cost of ci******es in Australia. I asked myself what it was about smoking I enjoyed so much and when I actually thought about it, I realised it was more about the ritual. Being able to step away and make time for myself throughout the day to just disconnect from the matrix and allow myself to breathe, relax and be present with myself. Also the act of smoking itself, the feeling of inhaling smoke into my lungs and exhaling, allowing the smoke to soothe and cleanse.
I had tried to quit smoking twice before and failed, but this time I used herbal ci******es to assist me and haven't smoked a ni****ne cigarette in over a year! I get asked whether I've just replaced one bad habit with another and in the beginning maybe, but once my ni****ne addiction was gone, I also decreased my herbal cigarette use, as I didn't feel the need to smoke as much anymore. I now smoke a herbal cigarette whenever I feel like it, not because I have a craving.
Another trigger for me was social gatherings, who can relate? It was hard to be around people who were smoking, as a 15 year habit is hard to forget. Also on another note, I met so many great people because of ci******es, in smoking areas or just out and about. It has helped me connect with people I maybe never would have, being an introvert. Anyway social gathering are a breeze now, I take my herbal ci******es with me, smoke for the day, then continue my life without creating an addiction.
Herbal ci******es helped me quit because I was still able to enjoy smoking, but it was on my terms instead of my addictions.
Now I just want to be able to share this with everyone. It has changed my life and hope it can change other too. ☺
