Sinking in darning🪡🍄

I am trying to darning with #8, 12 pearl threads and solid, variegated colours sashiko threads and see the different impacts on my old jean.

It’s definitely not a one-day finished project. After 2 hours, My fringes is feeling hot and soar in the chilly winter☃️❄️ So have to stop and think what else kind of stitches I should add on, instead of running stitches😅

The magic of fabric straps😍

My 1st patchwork design in 2022. I can’t believe how amazing the combination of different style fabric straps is.

I really enjoy sewing these fabulous small straps together today. But this procedure took me the longest time to change and amend from hundreds of straps 😝.

I’m looking forward to seeing the final crossbody bag😉 and will show it soon😃

Today is the 1st day of Chinese New Year and usually we celebrate with families and relatives at this special moment! Unfortunately, we are unable to follow this tradition during the pandemic🥲. Missing my families overseas and wish all of you are safe and healthy🧧 in the coming new year.
