The boutique manager can help you find a gift for any occasion, to spoil a significant other or just to indulge yourself. She set up and owns Debonaire on Darling, the boutique shop in the Hotel's foyer. She runs this in addition to two other shops in the lobbies of the family resorts at Leura and in the Hunter Valley:
