Plenty of ours are set into a wall. Others simply stand where you leave them, which makes the install a question of where rather than how.

Vertigo is a fireplace at coffee table height.

Low-set and square, the Vertigo Series works better in the middle of a space than against a wall or off at the edge. The concrete top is wide enough to use as a table, and an optional glass cover plate can be used over the burner when it isn’t lit, turning it into a full table.

There's no set surround, so the materials that meet it are yours to choose, and those surfaces end up carrying the material language of the space.

Most fire features add trades and delays to a build. A feature wall usually means a chimney, a gas run, or venting to plan around.

The Frame Series doesn’t. Prepare the opening, fix the mounting frame, slide the fireplace in. No flue, no gas connection, no electricity, just a clean-burning real flame built into the wall.

Fewer trades on site, a tighter build programme, and a finished fire feature that looks like it was always part of the architecture.

Fire can create atmosphere - but in a restaurant, it also has to be dependable.

At Frank Mac in Sydney, this Grate 36 has been installed as a clean, modern insert, replacing a traditional fireplace without changing the character of the space. No flue, no gas line, just bioethanol and a fire that’s there whenever the room is in use.

It’s not a dramatic redesign. Just a considered upgrade that fits how the restaurant actually operates.
