Last night, the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat awarded Central Park by Frasers Property Australia and Sekisui House Australia with architect Foster + Partners the overall category award for Urban Habitat – District / Master Plan Scale at the 2019 CTBUH Awards for Excellence in Shenzhen, China. The international accolade has recognised Central Park’s role as a prized urban habitat, where the precinct provides connectivity and positively affect the lives of those that live or work within the master plan, and neighbour area. Wonderland concludes the residential release of the $2b masterplan development at Central Park and settlements commenced in late-February with new residents receiving keys to their new home. Wonderland launched in July 2016, with construction commencing in October the same year and completing in November 2018. We were thrilled to begin settling the apartments with the support from the Prosperity Care team which was managed by Gavin Challis, Frasers Property Australia Prosperity Care Coordinator. Over 230 handovers have been conducted and during this exciting time we spoke to a number of residents - capturing this highly emotional and exciting time!

The work of internationally acclaimed Swiss artist Pipilotti Rist has been unveiled at Sydney’s Central Park. Rist’s engaging and vivid work titled Sparkling Pond, Bold-Coloured Groove & Tender Fire is a sensory experience of projected video and a wall of coloured glass, which illuminates the undercroft of Park Lane.
