As much as I love you all ! Deposits are a must this season, I spend my money first creating your orders & this time of year is hard on everyone. unfortunately i now have to enforce the rule of,
if you cancel an order after i have created it, or even place and order and completely ignore my messages knowing full well i have purchased supplies, the next time you wish to order you will be charged the full amount upfront. If you cancel after a deposit has been paid, your deposit is forfeited. It’s a security payment of my own money I have to spend for you.
As much as im your friend, family no matter the case im still busting my ass here to create myself a small business & another thing I shouldn’t have to mention is, I’m not doing things for free for absolutely anyone, as much as I love this hobby I am trying to run a business.
