Join us in opening the heart, deepening connection, and sharing the magic of cacao together in community.

Destiny brings a rich blend of yoga, mindfulness, sound healing, breathwork, and ceremony, weaving wisdom from Native American, Buddhist, Ayurvedic, Yogic, and South American Shamanic traditions. With her guidance, we’ll journey through meditation, and sound, supported by the loving spirit of Pachamama Goods Cacao.

Pregnant or breastfeeding? Yes, you can consume ceremonial grade cacao!
Research shows that it’s actually beneficial to do so (in moderation, of course). Here’s why:
☕️ 100% cacao contains a very small trace amount of caffeine (around 5mg per cup). In contrast, 148ml (5oz) of an espresso coffee contains around 115mg of caffeine. When pregnant or breastfeeding, the recommended daily intake of caffeine is up to 200mg
☕️ 100% cacao contains theobromine, known as a gentle stimulant and long-lasting source of energy
☕️ A study from 2010* revealed that cacao could prevent the risk of preeclampsia, gestational hypertension, insulin resistance, oxidative stress and inflammation, among others. It can also provide antidepressant effects
☕️ 100% cacao is a rich source of iron! 100 grams of cacao contains over 13.5mg of iron, 100 grams of beef contains 2.6mg of iron
☕️ 100% cacao is a heart opener, a natural mood elevator and a nervous system relaxer, thanks to the endorphins it releases
