A customer born in 2002 is not going to ring you back.

Igor from Igor Barr Automotive makes a point that is hard to argue with. A person born in 2002 is driving a car now, and they respond the way they want to respond, which is generally not by phone.

Two years ago this trade did not talk about customer experience at all.

You usually find out whether a job made money after you have invoiced it.

Which is the wrong order. In this clip the mechanic's real time goes onto the job, so every cost is accounted for, and then the analysis gets opened before the invoice is sent. That is the moment to notice the charge time was optimistic, not next quarter.

Time can be typed in or come straight from clock on, clock off.
