Weekend brekkie is looking pretty good 😌🫐🍯 Warm baked oats, a little crunch on top, and that White Chocolate Salted Caramel protein bar worked in? Say les! ✨

Topping:
🧡 1 x BC White Chocolate Salted Caramel High Protein Ba from Woolworths (chopped)
🧡 A drizzle of caramel sauce
Baked Oats:
🍌 1 ripe banana, smashed
🍯 1 tbsp honey
🥚 1 egg
🥣 ½ cup oats
🥄 2 tbsp plain yoghurt
🧂 ½ tsp baking powder + pinch of salt
🫐 Handful of blueberries
Here’s how to make it:
1️⃣ Mash one ripe banana in an oven-proof dish.
2️⃣ Add one tbsp honey, one egg, ½ cup oats, two tbsp plain yoghurt, ½ tsp baking powder and a pinch of salt. Mix until smooth.
3️⃣ Fold in a handful of blueberries.
4️⃣ Bake in the air fryer at 180°C for 20 minutes, then check with a knife – insert it into the center and see if it comes out clean. Cooking times may vary depending on your air fryer.
5️⃣ Top with our chopped BC White Chocolate Salted Caramel High Protein Bar.
6️⃣ Drizzle with caramel sauce.
