Basket still looking a bit bare? Well, with Easter only a (bunny) hop, skip and jump away, now's the time to fill it with all of our seasonal feasting favourites. The most delectable sweet treats (including those all-important chocolate teas), everything for a delicious Easter is here at LAUNCESTON’S favourite TEA SHOP, 101 on the George Street Boulevard.

Just be sure to get cracking right away — all our super delicious discounted discoveries ends at 5pm Easter Saturday.
We re-open Tuesday 11th April from 10am.

A inspired alcohol free recipe, as we tick over into the second half of February!

WHITE PEACH BLOSSOMS IN KYOTO

5 parts chilled pre-brewed KYOTO tea (Or a Japanese style tea with floral tones)

1 part The Curious Cabinet White Peach Shrub Syrup

2-3 dashes Angastora Orange Bitters

Pre-brew your selected tea and allow it to chill. Pour into a jug with The Curious Cabinet White Peach Shrub Syrup. Stir with ice to chill. Serve strained into a coupe glass, or with ice in a tall glass. Garnish with flowers from the tea.

TIP: Make a big bottle of this and keep it in the fridge (as seen below) so you can serve it any time! For the bottle below we used 100ml Shrub Syrup to 500ml of pre-brewed tea.
