You may (or may not!) have noticed I’ve been a bit quiet on here for a while, and the website has been closed for several weeks.
I’d been dealing with some chronic health issues for a while, and then at the start of April I was diagnosed with aggressive leukaemia. This was completely out of the blue, all my symptoms had been put down to stress and existing conditions.
I’d been contemplating pressing pause on the business for a while, and looking for a way to change things up. I’d lost my joy for it, but hadn’t wanted to come politely let it go. Leukaemia has essentially made that decision for me.
The last 2 and a half months have been surreal - I’ve spent more time in hospital than I have out. Three bone marrow biopsies, two rounds of chemo, countless ECGs, CT scans, ultrasounds, blood draws, fevers…
In between it all, I’ve been looking at all these beautiful products that I handpicked and wondering what to do. Since we’re almost at EOFY, I’m reopening the website temporarily and having a massive closing down sale. Everything is discounted, with most products at wholesale price (or below!)
Drop by and take a look, it’s the perfect time to stock up on gifts for the rest of the year! I’ll keep the website open for orders until August, but note that handling times may be longer than our standard 2-3 day turnaround.
I do ask that (if possible) you do not use Afterpay during this closing down period.
