One thing I’ve learned the hard way with long flights:
sleep changes everything.

I used to land sore and completely exhausted. This time was different, not because the flight was shorter (I wish 😅), but because I finally had proper support with the travel pillow.

It’s easy to use, adjustable, and actually keeps your neck in a natural position (which sounds basic… until you realise most travel pillows don’t).
I even regret not getting a second one when my daughter took it and slept 7 hours straight (which says a lot 🤍)

If you’ve got a long flight coming up, is one of those small upgrades that genuinely makes the journey easier.

If I’ve seemed a little quiet lately, it’s because life has been… a lot.
But this birthday reminded me that even in the messy seasons, there are still little pockets of joy worth collecting.

Nothing fancy, just pastries, sunshine, long drives, and a soft reminder that life doesn’t have to be loud to feel good.

PS: Still manifesting a new camera though…
