Join us on August 25th for a presentation and Q&A with Sergio Famiano Berkelouw Books Paddington, 6-8pm.

Sergio Famiano has a strong association with Sydney having lived in Sydney in the past and experienced its growth and steadily declining affordability. He has spent over 25 years working in the Town Planning and Development Industry, spending 13 years working for the State Developer and has led a number of transformational projects. Sergio has also work on demonstration project to create new and affordable housing typologies bring housing affordability to many.

Sergio has spent much of his career at the forefront of implementing change in the planning and development industry applying ‘New Urbanist’ and ‘Transit Oriented Development’ principles, and focusing away from car dominated planning and design. He has an avid interest in Urban Rejuvenation, Urban Design, Town Centre development, and Housing Affordability.
