Welcome back to our Design Tip Series, where we break down the details that can completely change how your space feels 🎨
This week, we’re talking colour psychology and how the colours you choose can help create a certain mood throughout your home.
🛁 Bathroom: Soft greens and blues can create a calm, restorative feel, while earthy neutrals, travertine and clay tones can make the space feel warmer and more grounded.
🍳 Kitchen: Warm neutrals, terracotta and clay can create an inviting feel, while greens bring colour while still feeling natural. For something lighter and fresher, whites and softer tones are a great place to start.
🧺 Laundry: Whites and lighter neutrals can help smaller spaces feel fresh and bright, while a coloured splashback is an easy way to bring in a little more personality.
So before asking, “What colour do I like?” try asking, “How do I want this space to feel?”
And always view your tile samples in your own home, because natural light can completely change how a colour looks.
Save this for when you’re choosing your tiles 🤍
