🌳💚🧡These Scarf Snatchers are perfect for holding your scarf in place. They are made with local Camphor Laurel timber. The tree branch is dried for several years before we cut it up into pieces with a band saw. Then the timber pieces are put through a thicknesser before we cut out the different shapes with a scroll saw.
The holes are drilled & chamfered. Then the Scarf Snatcher is sanded & finished with a natural oil that brings out the wonderful colours of the timber.

This is the main culprit that knocks the bisque pottery from the shelves in the pottery shed. She has brought some gum leaves in with her this morning to make a cosy, scented bed. Who could evict someone with such a cute face. We will have to get the pottery glazed quicker & into the Gallery so there is less for her to knock off. 🌿💚🌿

I have been making Pottery Gum Nuts & Gum Leaves for over 41 years. I love to add them to all different pieces of functional & decorative pottery. These will be Incense Holders when they are finished & can be used for Incense sticks & cones. They are also great to sit little tea light candles on.💚💛🌳💛💚
