The Book Place.

The Book Place. The Book Place Piccabeen Bookshop is owned by Tamborine Mountain Landcare Inc and operated entirely by volunteers.

Books, CDs, DVDs and magazines are donated by local residents of Tamborine Mountain. Profits are directed to rainforest regeneration projects and other natural history related causes in Tamborine Mountain. All books and magazines are in great condition and very reasonably priced. Current year editions:

Our significant magazine collection is just as varied and just as reasonably priced - 3 magazines for $2! Your favorite fiction books are easy to find as our collection is sorted a-z by author. The Picabeen's extensive non-fiction collection is classified and varies from cookbooks through travel, history, health, politics, autobiographies, arts, crafts and much more. Pop in and purchase a book or 6 - it's win - win for you and for our wonderful local environment :-)

YOU BETCHA! You are more than welcome to check out any book you find on a display. That's why we hunted them down and put them on display!
