The countdown is officially ON!

In just 10 days, the 2026 Camden Haven Snapper Classic gets underway.

The teams are locked in, the preparations are ramping up, and after a little longer wait than we originally planned, we’re getting very close to finally welcoming everyone back for what is shaping up to be an incredible Classic.

Great fishing. Great mates. Plenty of laughs. And one huge weekend showcasing everything the beautiful Camden Haven region has to offer.

📢 NEW DATES CONFIRMED – 2026 CAMDEN HAVEN SNAPPER CLASSIC

Following this week’s postponement, we’re pleased to announce the new dates for the 2026 Camden Haven Snapper Classic.

🗓 Event Schedule
• Thursday 27th August – Registration from 5.30pm & Briefing 7pm
• Friday 28th August – Session 1 preferred day
• Saturday 29th August – Session 2 preferred day & Presentation Night
• Sunday 30th August – Backup Day if required due to weather

Firstly, we’d like to sincerely thank all of our competitors for your patience, understanding and support. We know many of you had already made plans, and we’re incredibly grateful for the positive response we received following the difficult decision to postpone the event.

While postponing the Classic was one of the hardest decisions we’ve had to make, we’re committed to delivering a safe, enjoyable and memorable event for everyone involved.

To minimise disruption, we’ve kept the original structure of the event, with only the dates changing.

All registered teams have now been contacted via email. Please check your inbox and reply to confirm whether you’re able to attend the new dates. If you’re unable to compete, please let us know as soon as possible.

We’re looking forward to welcoming everyone back to the Camden Haven Region on 27th–30th August, finally getting the 2026 Camden Haven Snapper Classic underway, and keeping our fingers crossed that the weather gods are on our side this time!
