My neighbour was throwing out old ceiling tiles, so naturally I saw a very large blank canvas.

The first stage was textureā€”followed by multiple coats of black paint to create enough contrast for the silver to really pop.

Then came the silver paint. Also multiple coats, because apparently this project was never going to involve doing anything just once.

At this point, it looked promising.

I had not yet fully considered how many tiny mirrors I was about to attach.

I went to Brandition - Event Hire & Styling to buy one giant bunny.

I sent Mandy lou Ceramics insideā€”and somehow I ended up buying two.

But only the purple bunny came home with us that day. These photos and videos are the very real process of trying to move one enormous rabbit and get her safely back to The Glasshouse & Co.

The gold bunny arrived later while I was away. I have no footage of that journey, so that strange chapter will need to be told a little differently.
