We are back at Toowoomba Farmers Market tomorrow with lots of old new books.

Of note: 3rd edition of Day to Day Cookery. (See pic) Should be gone early. Have had a lot of enquires about this rare and sort after book.

Also, a nice 1973 hardback copy of “The Return of the King”, last book in the Lord of the Rings trilogy.

Looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow!!

In addition to the Toowoomba Farmers Market we have started to place a few books at the wonderful Simply Daughters at Ma Ma Creek.

Looking forward to working with them this year and offering some amazing titles.

Well worth the visit over the weekend with the shop back open for 2026 this coming weekend, starting on Friday the 20th.

We will be back at Cobb & Co this weekend after the wet weekend with lots of new books to check out.

The Paperback Archaeologist is looking forward to another weekend of book loving fun at the Toowoomba Farmers Market on Saturday and the Queens Park Market on Sunday. Don’t miss out, we may just have that vintage find you have been hunting for!

It’s Carnival of Flowers time in Toowoomba and The Paperback Archaeologist is going to be part of the action! You will find us at the Toowoomba Farmers Market for the Carnival of Flowers Special Edition Markets over two massive weekends! 🌼🌸🪻

This means Saturday and Sunday markets with extended hours so there is plenty of opportunity to pop in and browse the stalls, listen to some tunes, eat, drink, and be merry! 🥞🍟🍔🥤🪕🎼

Come and find a good read, a vintage paperback, collectable comics and trading cards, or a children’s tale at The Paperback Archaeologist while you are there! 📚📖👀
