Hi folks, our latest Seasonal Release has just landed.

This time we're heading to the misty highlands of Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia, where this beautiful natural processed coffee was grown at over 2,000 metres before making its way to the roaster here at 6o1.

In the cup, you'll find notes of sweet apricot, berries and delicate bergamot. Bright, juicy and beautifully balanced, with a very refined finish. 

It's roasted for espresso, available instore and online, and like all of our seasonal coffees, once it's gone, it's gone!

🏆 The best espresso in Australia, New Zealand and Asia is roasted right here in Toowoomba!

Today, we're incredibly proud to share that Six of One Coffee Roasters has been awarded Best Espresso at the Golden Bean Australasia 2026 Championships.

Las Flores Java was selected as the competition's best espresso from 700+ coffees entered by roasters across Australia, New Zealand and Asia.

This award reflects the passion of our amazing team, the extraordinary work of our producing partners at in Colombia and , and the incredible support we've received from our customers and the wider Toowoomba and Darling Downs community.

We've always believed that world-class coffee can be roasted in regional Australia. This award is proof that passion, craftsmanship and an unwavering commitment to quality can compete with the very best.
