We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to the QLD Government for awarding us the Investing in Queensland Women 2024 Super Round grant! 🌟

Thanks to this generous support, we can fund our FLOURISH program and the launch of the Diverse Women’s Network. These initiatives have empowered women, promoted networking, and addressed the unique challenges faced by culturally diverse communities.

We are grateful for the Queensland Government’s commitment to gender equality and their support in making a positive impact in our community.

Rachael is a multifaceted professional with a deep commitment to community engagement. With nearly two decades of experience in the not-for-profit sector, governance, and nursing, she has led impactful initiatives. Currently, she is the Managing Director of Hope for OUR Children and co-founder of Mosaic Hues.

Born and raised in Toowoomba, Rachael’s dedication to her community shines through her work. Her passion for fostering belonging and support is evident in every project she undertakes.
