There is really no method to my charcuterie boards. I’ve been doing them at godspeed (sometimes panic assembling AS guests arrive..) for the last 15 years (events girlies IYKYK) and i thought it would be interesting to see how it came together while filming! I had no plan beforehand but if I have a nice mix of cheese, dip, dry scoopers (eg chips, bread, crackers) and fresh elements like fruit, dates, fruit paste, pickles and olives & any greenery such as herbs (most commonly parsley, as its bulky) it somehow comes together looking reasonably cute! Any charcuterie board tips? Share below 👇🏻
