Consignor payment clarification

This notice is provided to clarify responsibility for consignment payments and records, including matters relating to the past year.

Since 1 February 2025, responsibility for consignment payments, account management, and record-keeping has rested with the party operating the Love Me Forever store at the premises.

At the commencement of this operating arrangement, all consignment records, account information, and payment details were provided to enable ongoing management.

By law, consignment records are required to be retained and managed on the business premises. These matters are not managed externally.

All enquiries regarding outstanding payments or consignment records should be directed to the store directly.

This notice is issued for clarity and record purposes.
