Since opening in April 2014 we have expanded our range to include more vintage, retro & dress up clothing for anyone who likes to stand out in a crowd. We also still sell vintage bags, hats & accessories. We have a range of vintage or up cycled mens & wedding clothing too. Our inspiration is Alice in Wonderland, fairytales & the idea of playing dress ups in every day life, whether that be pin-up, retro, vintage, lolita, steampunk, costume parties, etc.

Hi and welcome! If you're new here, here's a bit about us.

I'm Cindy Nicollet. For 15 years I worked in psychology, walking alongside people through some of their hardest moments.

KindHer Threads is what I built next, a styling experience where every woman feels seen, valued, and cared for.

Here's how it works: we run paid boutique styling sessions, and those sessions help fund complimentary styling experiences for women referred to us through community partners like Mercy, Richmond Fellowship, and DVAC. We call it Style It Forward.

Everything we do is built around three pillars:

- KindHer to Self
- KindHer to Other Women
- KindHer to the Environment

There are a few ways you can be part of this:

- Book a styling session for yourself
- Make a financial donation, KindHer Threads is a registered charity with DGR status, so donations are tax deductible
- Donate gently loved fashion and accessories to help stock our styling sessions
- Share this page or tag a friend, we're building a community, and word of mouth means everything to us
