Say hello to Frank, one of our wonderful internal sales guys.
If you have ever visited our branch, there's a good chance Frank has stopped for a friendly chat. He's always happy to help, have a laugh and make customers feel welcome.
Just one tip: don't ask him about the Concorde unless you've got plenty of time to spare! ✈️😂
We asked Frank some questions to get to know him better.
💡 What is your favorite part about working for Lawrence & Hanson?
“Definitely, the people! Always very helpful, plus ... so much banter about me (being from NSW, me 'talking a lot', my 'Italian Dodge' car, cardboard boxes, recycling and wastage, hoarding!)”
💡 Would you rather watch a sports game, or watch a concert?
“A sports game ... favourites would be ten pin bowling, or football (soccer)”
💡 What's the best meal you've ever had?
“New York Steak, followed by Boston Cream Pie ... at the Blue Bayou Restaurant, inside the Pirates of the Caribbean ride, at Disneyland ... October 1983!
But more recently, and locally ... Beef Mince on Toast, at the Toowoomba Coffee House. It is brilliant!”
💡 You have your own late night talk show, who do you invite as your first guest?
“I can think of a few, actually but, it'd be interesting to interview either Jim Carrey, or Jamie Lee Curtis”
💡 As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
“A pilot; but I ended up being too tall to be a commercial pilot, so my second choice was IT (which I did for over 30 years)”
💡 How do you like to unwind?
“Usually with a movie, or any good shows on tv (a lot of which I have recorded)”
