Today is a really important reminder to check in with the people around us especially the people we see every day.

As a business owner, I know how easy it is for life to get busy. We come to work, we get through the day, we have a laugh, we chat with each other and sometimes we donā€™t stop to think about what someone might actually be going through behind the scenes.
