Update - We have moved!!

We can now officially announce that we have moved out of 13 Diagonal St, Toowoomba.

Our business model is transitioning from a retail store to an online store only, focusing on used fi****ms, militaria and we will continue our medal mounting service with further details available in near future. For the time being we are taking a break and will post a message on our website home page (and facebook) once we are able to take orders. So it's not goodbye, just a see you soon.

There are many people to thank who helped us move out of the building and we are so very grateful for their support. It was a mammoth effort as moving out of a retail building is one thing but getting approval to move fi****ms is a completely different ball game......again thank you to those who rode that wave with us!!

To our wonderful customers thank you so much for all of your support over the years. In September 2011 we opened Southern Cross Militaria at The Mill Outlook (Rural Centre) in Hodgsonvale just on the outskirts of Toowoomba and then in January 2013 we moved into 13 Diagonal St, Toowoomba. We formed so many friendships with our customers over the years. That's what we will miss the most.......the days when you could all just "drop in" for a chat. Good news though.......you may even see us at some upcoming Arms & Militaria Fairs....stay tuned!!

Yes it's the Toowoomba Show Public Holiday tomorrow but we are OPENING the doors on Fri 27 March 2026 for 1 more SALE. Up to 50% off what's remaining in the store. Come on in!! Also, we are sold out of alot of cal's so if you are chasing a particular one just give us a call 07 4638 5565.

Darren & I would like to again thank all of our customers for continuing to support us. This week we've encountered so many drop in visits, chats, history talks and very generous gifts of appreciation. Next week, we will continue to pack (gate closed) however customers can still collect orders.

Last Friday, 13 March 2026, we farewelled our loyal team members - Tim & Sandy - as part of our downsizing process. Both Tim & Sandy have been a part of our team at Southern Cross Militaria for just over 10 years. We, Darren & Alison, are truly grateful for their contribution, dedication, enthusiasm, support, friendship, honesty, "can do" attitude and the humour. So many memories were created over the years. I'm sure you will see them out and about in the community. Thank you Tim. Thank you Sandy.
