The prices displayed are in Australian Dollars and are subject to change without notice. You agree to pay the delivery charges specified at the time you submit your order. All attempts are made with the photos to show the actual colours of the items, however they can show differently on your computer screens. When buying please remember that these items are handmade and there may be variations in colour, weave, or dye, but are not considered a flaw. What if I am unhappy and have changed my mind about my purchase? I am more than happy to offer you an exchange or a credit within 7 days of purchase, all extra postage costs must be paid by the customer. You must contact me BEFORE you return your items. I do not offer refunds unless the item is genuinely faulty. Even slight flaws may be characteristic of some handbags. Please ensure you thoroughly check your items, as all sales are final with 7 days of receipt. I pride myself in selling only top quality merchandise. Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your parcel if you wish to exchange your items. You must include a copy of your original receipt and a prepaid satchel large enough to fit your return items. All postage costs must be worn by the customer for any returns or exchanges. All items must be in the original condition that they were received. Please note: - if you wish to wash your handbag, I would suggest that you hand washed, in cold water with a little white vinegar, to 'seal' the colour and to prolong the life of the bag. (Colours may run)

Shipping: Postage is via Australian Standard Post and will cost $10 for1 bag. (3-5 Business Days) Express Post available (Next Day Delivery) and will cost $14 for 1 bag. For all other countries, please enquire about shipping rates.
