Layla Cockerell, 14yrs is considered the lucky charm in her family!
"If anyone is going to catch something itโ€™s always her," says mum Katie.
" Layla found her love for fishing about a year ago. She caught this 43cm barred javelin/grunter in Crocodile Creek on Monday. She loved seeing the beautiful silver colour coming up to the surface ๐Ÿ˜ She had only just casted in using prawns and it bit straight away. "
Another super entry in the October Fish of the Month comp - junior division ๐Ÿ˜Ž

"This is Raph Cockerell, says mum Katie Maree. "He was super stoked to reel in his first Bream on our boat on Monday. He usually just loves flicking lures, however caught this using bait (prawns)."
Mum said the bream just part of a catch including a couple of succulent mud crabs.
"The kids were pretty happy to have plenty of bites after 6 hours in the Bohle River a couple of days prior with very little action."
Great Fish of the Month entry Ralph ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿ˜Ž
