DadConnect is a FREE online program for couples in the first year of parenthood, run by Dads Group.

Parenting as Partners is your first session — both partners attend together.
It covers the mental load of early parenthood, perinatal mental health for both mums and dads, and practical tools to support your relationship through the transition to parenthood.

The following week, dad returns solo for The Dad Debrief — a dads-only hour with other new fathers. Peer connection, mental health, and practical skills to show up differently at home.

They have three hearts, eight arms and punch fish in the face. Absolute legends. 🐙🥊😂

🎣 3. My happy place is outdoors.
Fishing, camping, exploring new places and hanging with my family. Basically, if there’s dirt, water and good company, I’m there! 😂🏕️❤️
