Well, if you want a bit of fun, or bait collection, the surf is loaded with salmon! Nearly a fish a cast! All between 50cm and 60cm most and a couple of unlandables! All on metal slugs 40g to 60g. Just take a spin rod, 9 to 10 foot is ideal. Anyway, stacks there, prepare yaselves for a sore arm!

Went tuna hunting with and his oldman off Port Albert. Found the bluefin out wide, but couldnt get one too eat on the troll, by the time id rigged up a popper rod they dissapeared as quick as they came. Later on we found a stack of bonito and kingfish. Andy managed to catch em on poppers and trolling small skirts and halcos. On the way back in, we stopped in whale bay quickly and he caught a good sized gummy and stack of flatties, so we went home with mixed bag and a half. Good day out, plenty of fish still around, water temp is 16.5 degrees! Get out there!

Got to jump on with Ben Barnes and Kristian Belleggia today on the old rig for a gummy bash! What a great day on the water, with some cracking big gummies and and good bag of pinkies. Kristian got best fish with a 150cm gummy! Highlight of the day was a seal stealing 2 of our gummies and we managed to chase it down and get one of them back nice and bled for us 🥹.

Wow! What a day on the water! The Marlin were thick and feeding hard on bait balls. What an amazing sight to see and feel very lucky that i got to experiece such amazing fishing. Thanks heaps to the crew Scott and Anthony for such a great day catching these amazing fish!
