Road base has been laid and compacted to establish a working area for truck cleaning, heavy equipment conveyance and erosion control. Detailed surveying is underway to set out the basement perimeter. Final engineering inspections will be undertaken next week prior to commencement of basement piling works.

Site shaping is underway to prepare for installation of additional site facilities to safely accommodate construction machinery and implement additional environmental protection. New fencing has been installed along Cleveland Parade to provide additional protection in this area. This stage of work (weather permitting) will be completed over the next week or so. Our site team keeps remarking that Tullimbar is the most beautifully scenic area to work in.

Tullimbar residents may have noticed additional activity on site over the past week. Site office and amenities have been commissioned in preparations for groundworks for which machinery is arriving next week. Groundwater conditions are more favourable after some fine weather and preparation for piling works will be ongoing over the coming weeks.

Surveying work to inform provision of water infrastructure was undertaken today adjacent to the Tullimbar Village Centre. The construction team will be onsite again tomorrow morning configuring internal services and site infrastructure to support upcoming groundworks.

You will notice additional activity onsite from next Monday as we undertake cleanup post adverse weather events and prepare for the next stage of groundworks. There will be minimal construction traffic over the next month. We are looking forward to working under improved weather conditions!

Hello Tullimbar residents. Please stay safe during another significant inclement weather event. We have made significant progress with regards to approvals for Tullimbar Village Centre and are gearing up for the next stage of construction that will include a large groundworks and structural works package.

You will notice increased activity onsite as we will be undertaking dewatering works and floating in construction plant and equipment.

We are committed to supporting functional civic arrangements during construction. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to engage with our friendly construction team. We look forward to achieving a great outcome for the Tullimbar community.

With the local public school nearby, we have designed the village centre to be a pedestrian-friendly environment enabling children to safely walk to and from school. The connectivity between the school and the village centre ensures that families can easily access local amenities and services.
