Last year, I was part of a team of 4, who raised and donated over $11,000 to Beyond Blue in the name of raising awareness around mental health.

This year, I'm taking part in The Push-Up Challenge starting today!

Because I don’t do anything by halves, I've signed up to complete the full 3,144 sit ups and squats (let’s be real here, my push up is broken) over 23 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health. Each push-up I do will represent one life that was lost to su***de in 2021.

I would love for you to sponsor me! Your donation will help mental health in Australia, through early intervention and prevention for depression, anxiety and su***de. Because one life lost is too many.
