Most filters are marketed as having a 6-12 month lifetime, but a B.E.S.T. Inline works a little bit differently!

Standard filters still breed bacteria, and must be replaced after a period of time - this is why it's recommended to keep them refrigerated while not in use!

However, each B.E.S.T. filter contains SilverSafe® which kills bacteria, meaning there is nothing in there to breed.

So how do you know when it's time to replace? Well, we recommend a MINIMUM of 5,000L as a guideline - it all comes down to your usage and how much chlorine is in the water.

When you can start to taste chlorine again, that means it's time for a new filter!
