There’s something special happening in our little country kitchen this weekend…

The flour has been flying, the bowls have been mixing, and there’s been plenty of taste-testing along the way! We’ve been creating two brand-new sweet treats, tucked away under their tea towels until it’s time for the big reveal.

🍞 Fresh Sourdough Update! 🍞

Just a quick heads-up for everyone…

There will be NO fresh bread delivery on Sunday this week. All of our freshly baked sourdough will be available Saturday only, so be sure to pop in early while it’s fresh!

This Saturday we’ll have:
🥖 White Sourdough
🌾 1 x Rye Sourdough
🫐🍎🍋 Blueberry, Apple & Lemon Sourdough (a couple available)
🫓 Fresh Focaccia
🍪 Freshly baked cookies

🍪 Fresh from the mixing bowl and almost ready for the oven! 🍪

This week’s sourdough cookie line-up is one you won’t want to miss! We’ve mixed up two delicious favourites – Ginger Crinkle and Snickerdoodles. Soft, chewy, full of flavour, and made with our signature sourdough for that extra touch of goodness.

While these beauties are baking away, don’t worry…
we haven’t forgotten about the sourdough bread! Our loaves are on the go too, patiently rising and getting ready to fill The Hub with that irresistible fresh baked aroma.
