Neuroplasticity blows my mind! 🙌🏼✨

It’s a term that describes the brain’s ability to change and adapt throughout our lives.
It means our brains can reorganize themselves by forming new connections, and new pathways, allowing us to learn new skills, improve memory, and even bounce back from injuries.

Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) focuses on how we can change our thoughts and behaviors through language and communication.

Changing Thoughts: NLP helps us identify and shift negative thought patterns, allowing our brains to create new, positive pathways.

Power of Language: The words we use can shape our emotions and actions. By changing our language, especially self-talk, we can influence how we feel and respond.

Goal Setting: NLP encourages us to set clear goals and visualize achieving them, helping our brains forge new connections that support our dreams! 🙌🏼

Overcoming Limits: We often hold ourselves back with limiting beliefs. NLP helps us replace those with empowering thoughts, opening doors to new possibilities.

Neuroplasticity shows us that our brains can adapt, and NLP gives us the tools to make positive changes. By embracing these ideas, we can all unlock our potential, free our mind from negative thoughts and emotions, and create new more positive, aligned pathways.

I know it works because I’ve experienced a huge change in myself, and I’m so grateful to help others do the same.

Growth is an essential part of life.

It manifests in various forms—personal, professional, emotional, and even physical.

It reflects our ability to adapt, learn from experiences, and overcome challenges.
And often we can hit rock bottom before we find the highest or highs.

Embracing growth often involves stepping out of our comfort zones, taking risks, and remaining open to change. Whether it’s through setting new goals, seeking knowledge, or nurturing relationships, growth can lead to greater fulfillment and a deeper understanding of ourselves and the world around us.

Remember, growth is a journey, one that is constantly changing, and celebrating small milestones along the way can make the process all the more rewarding. ✨✨✨🌈🌈🌈

Synchronicities just make a day so much better! ✨

Lately on my walks, I’ve been finding lots of dandelions and making wishes! This was a fond memory from my childhood, so much so that I got the beautiful Mia to tattoo one on me!

This morning while doing housework, I thought, memories like that are like Anchors (an NLP tool I’ve spoken of before), where when I blow on a dandelion it transports me back to feelings of hope or dreams, and serves as an anchor for those emotions.

I then started thinking about how in Tasmania when I was little, we would spend hours with our Pop searching for 4 Leaf clovers, and very occasionally found them! 🍀

I then walked outside, saw a small patch of clover and for fun crouched down to take a look, and there, poking up was not only a 4, but a FIVE LEAF CLOVER!!! 🍀

To say the joy is strong today and I’m feeling in a pretty magical mood is an understatement!

And you know for sure, I’m Anchoring that s**t!! ✨✨✨

Life isn’t always roses.
Or hanging out on rocks with a tracksuit, skivvy AND socks and sandals on!! (Can you guess I was born in the 70’s? 🙌🏼😂)

I’ve had many different and sometimes challenging experiences through my life, and what these have given me is emotional insight, resilience, compassion, intuition and an ability to deeply understand others.

I’ve been lucky enough to use these experiences, and the things I’ve learnt, to:
Help me notice what people are really feeling;
Be able to create emotional safety;
To listen without judgement;
To find meaning in adversity; and
Help others reconnect with hope, worth and joy! ✨

And maybe most importantly, I genuinely care.
Not from obligation.
Not from Ego.
And it’s definitely not just a job.
But from a deep desire to help people clear negative emotions, limiting beliefs and decisions, and negative self talk….so they can remember their worth, reconnect with who they are and with joy, and create a life they truly love!!

I’m loving having another comfy spot to study in The Studio! (P.S. you can come and lounge here too!!)
One of the things I love most about what I do is learning every day. I am so grateful to the beautiful gang at for not only providing the most incredible life changing training and life long support, but weekly opportunities to keep learning, building and refining skills!
I’m soooo excited to be starting my Master Practitioner Training in July, after which I will be a Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming, Time Line Therapy®️, Hypnosis and NLP Coach 🙌🏼
So excited to continue this journey with these incredible woman! ###

People aren’t broken. They are carrying pain, conditioning, emotional weight and disconnection - and they can reconnect with their worth, joy, confidence and with themselves.

The work I do is not only guided by professional training, but lived experience. Having navigated trauma, grief, caregiving, emotional hardship, complex relationships and personal reinvention. I understand what it feels like to lose yourself - and what it takes to find yourself again! Woohoo!! 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼✨

My mission is to help people realise they are worthy, incredible and capable of healing, and so deserving of a joyful and amazing life!

That’s a bloody good mission if you ask me!!!
