Product:
Our main product is painting service for armies and miniatures. We can paint any army for any system cur

rently available on market. All photos available on our site shows miniatures painted by us and you can expect same results on your miniatures. We won’t sell you service below quality presented on our page. Although we’re flexible and we’re constantly trying to provide the best services to our customers. If you aren’t player and/or you’re expecting something different just let us know. We have experience in painting a wide variety of miniatures

Pricing:
We will produce your quote based on your specific enquiry. We reserve the right to amend pricing as and when we see fit prior to giving you a quote in response to your enquiry. Once a quote has been received, it is valid for 30 days, unless we withdraw expressly. We reserve the right to correct any mistakes within your quote at any time during the 30 days validity period. There will be a $15 cost added to every order as to cover the cost of paints/brushes/glue/basing materials as well as to cover the costs of wear and tear on our brushes and tools. Payments:
We’re accepting PayPal only at this stage. We’ll send miniatures only to customers that have completely paid for the commission. If you aren’t sure that you’ll be able to pay for commission after the job is done, don’t place an order. We don’t accept returns. We can apply changes or repair damages, but we don’t make money refunds. If you decide to cancel or abandon commission, we can’t provide you with a return. Abandoned Orders:
we’ll consider this cases when there’s no contact with client over 30 days. We can always work out agreement but we won’t wait forever.
