At Illalangi, supporting local isn’t just something we do for a week, it’s at the heart of everything we stock, cook, and share.

Our bulk section is all about keeping things simple - refill only what you need, skip the extra packaging, and know you’re buying sustainably.

We’ve added a few new bits to the shelves lately:

Harvest season has wrapped for another year 🫒

Our olives are in, and now begins the waiting game - allowing this year’s oil to naturally settle and develop before it’s ready to be released. Good things take time, and we never rush the process.

This year brought a higher tonne harvest, but a lower oil yield — one of those reminders that every season tells its own story.

In the meantime, we’re focused on our 2025 harvest oil, and there’s still some goodness to go around.

Good news for you:
We’re doing one final run of our 2025 Olive Oil in 2L and 10L casks.
With 12 months of shelf life (and even longer thanks to our cask packaging), it’s the perfect time to stock up.

Our signature croissant is layered with award-winning local Rollbusch Quality Meats boneless leg ham, creamy brie, fresh rocket… and the hero; our onion & native thyme relish.

Native thyme brings a subtle, earthy aroma with a slightly peppery, herbaceous finish. The kind of flavour that quietly elevates everything it touches.
