As the pic states ⬇️ 📢
“Have donations? Enquire within”

We’ve recently updated our donation process to keep one step ahead of a rogue angle grinder and its undesirable owner. Story for another day……..

Therefore, our 3 big blue bins are only available to the public during business hours, or by arrangement via pick up. 📦📦📦📦
Pop in through the front doors and our team will chat to you about your donations and show you where they now go.
⏰ 9am-4pm weekdays ⏰ 9am-130pm Saturdays
We appreciate your support and apologise for any inconvenience this change may cause.
Please send us a msg if you’d like to discuss 😊

Family history and parting with items that have been in someone’s family for decades, can be an emotional process.
It takes empathy and understanding and a level of sensitivity when a customer contacts to advise of their decision to part with such items.

Listening to their family history and what each piece means to them or what memory is attached to it is all part of their process of letting go.
Especially if they have said goodbye to a loved one.

Here at Vintage Vibes we love the connections we have made with families and thank them for allowing us to share their family history and give new life to their belongings and allow new people to take home and love their “old” but “new to them” treasures.
