Hi all Customers. PLEASE CHECK YOUR CORDS!! I have discovered that the nylon framing cord that I use to hang framed artworks is faulty. It is obviously a bad batch. I have had a few customer’s frames fall off the wall due to the cord breaking where it touches the hanger. If it is a heavy frame I would have used a coated copper wire but lighter frames usually have this white nylon cord. If there is any sign of it going brittle or showing signs of wear, please let me know and I’ll gladly replace it. This photo shows cord pulled apart by hand after 4 years in a frame. Thanks.
