Hi all,

Your friendly mailman, Abi will be out the front of Spar and the Pharmacy tomorrow, Wednesday, September 9 from 11am to 1pm with tickets for the Dollar for Dusty draw, should you like to purchase any.

We know that we live in a world where cash is being used less often, so we have arranged for a tap-and-pay setup, should you like to help this worthy cause.

We will absorb any transaction fees so the full amount goes to the cause and we can also facilitate this in the PO, should you like to purchase any.

It will be drawn within the next two weeks to maximise the fundraising potential for Little Wings.

Hi all,

A couple of important matters that begin tomorrow, 1 September 2026.

*The cost of stamps will increase from $1.70 to $1.85. If you have older stamps, the difference can be made up at the counter. Concession stamps will not increase. Please ensure if you are using the outside drop that you have adequate stamp coverage for your letters.

*Over-the-counter mail delivery for PO Boxes will cease. Your key will be required to access your mail from tomorrow. This does not affect parcels if you have them, as parcel delivery is not part of the letter delivery service.

Not the greatest news for some, we're sure. Plenty of notice has been given and displayed here for these changes.

We have had several requests for Census paper forms. Please be aware that we do not have paper forms for residents. If you had requested one from Census, it may be delivered by a person or through us, but there is no batch of forms with us.

Due to the nature of delivery zones, you may end up with additional letters.

You only use one letter per household. The information inside will also tell you this.

If for any reason you have not received one, please visit us and ask for one.

The waters have been tested and we now have plenty of large bottles in for you to purchase, should you want access to cheap, tasty water.

The bottles are $20 and can be purchased during business hours.

The payment gateway on the machine is now active and can take card payments at all times. No cash can be used.

Hi all,

The vending machine for the filtered water is now operational with tap payments.

The machine is strictly card-only. If you wish to use cash, you will have to come in and pay over the counter.

Introducing Fresh Pure Water

We have introduced a water vending machine for your use, which is located at the far end of the verandah.

This system produces water through a 7 stage purification process, which provides some of the highest quality filtered water you can access.

The system can fill bottles in four sizes, with prices below:

1 litre - $1.00
4 litres - $3.00
11 litres - $5.00
15 litres - $6.50

The system is self-serve, meaning when the payment gateway is completed, you will be able to use it without assistance. Until we notify of this, please visit us in the PO.

The system is card only. No cash options are available at the machine itself.

You can use your own bottles, or purchase large bottles inside. Please be aware that we only initially have a few while we test the waters (pun intended)

We have an initial offer that includes a large bottle, an electronic pump for the water, 3 bottle caps and your first large refill included for $50.00. (pictures in post)

If there is interest, we may look at delivery options for those who are unable to access the machine or unable to transport large amounts of water. Please ask us inside.
