The Best Part About Junior Sport
One of the best things about being involved in junior sport isn't the wins, trophies or premierships.
It's watching young kids grow into good young adults.
I've been lucky enough to coach hundreds of kids over the years through rugby league and Oztag, and the thing I'm most proud of isn't what they achieve on the field.
It's seeing them learn resilience, respect, teamwork and how to handle both success and disappointment.
Sport teaches lessons that no classroom can.
As parents, coaches and volunteers, we're all helping shape the next generation.
Pretty special when you think about it.
